Challenge
The key challenge was balancing speed, reliability, and privacy in a sensitive support domain. The platform had to deliver quick user access while giving operators enough structure to manage conversations consistently and responsibly.
Solution direction
We implemented a full-stack architecture with an Express API backbone, Socket.IO real-time messaging layer, Redis-backed presence/queue states, and an operator-focused admin UI in React. The embedded chat on linkadeti.sk supports typing indicators, status-aware handoff, priority routing, and centralized follow-through workflows.
